My research exchange at BHT under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Mont Kumpugdee Vollrath was truly invaluable. She provided clear guidance on both the experimental work and the planning, which helped me gain confidence and a deeper understanding of the project. Beyond the academic support, she also took care of my adjustment to life abroad, making the experience both productive and inspiring. This exchange not only enriched my knowledge but also opened new opportunities for further studies and personal growth.

My name is Danan Payungphochmongkol. I previously participated as a pharmacy student in the Thai-German student exchange program under the supervision of Prof. Mont. The program impressed me greatly because it broadened my experience in teaching and research. Professor Mont guided me, taught me critical thinking, and encouraged independent learning and planning. In addition, the program gave me the opportunity to participate in academic activities, workshops, and presentations together with students and researchers from various disciplines. Furthermore, I experienced life abroad thanks to a comprehensive program that included both study and travel—an invaluable and rare experience. I am deeply grateful to Prof. Mont and would like to express my sincere thanks for the opportunity and the support she provided throughout the entire program.

As an artist who creates art and music and exhibits my works in Thailand and abroad, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Professor Dr. Mont Kumpugdee Vollrath for her many years of tireless support, which continues to this day, in both the theory and practice of art exhibitions in Thailand and Germany. In closing, I would like to express my deepest respect to her.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Dr. Mont. Without her invaluable advice and guidance, my daughter, Ariya, might not have had the opportunity to study at Rhein-Waal University of Applied Sciences. Ariya successfully completed her Bachelor’s degree and subsequently built a successful career in Germany’s high-tech industry, where she now holds the position of Commercial Project Manager.

I am extremely proud of her achievements and the successful path she has taken. Once again, I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Dr. Mont for her valuable support, encouragement, and guidance throughout my daughter’s educational journey. Her assistance played an important role in helping Ariya achieve her goals and build a successful career.

My son’s move to Germany to attend secondary school was a challenge, but fortunately Professor Mont Kumpugdee Vollrath, who worked at the university, arranged an internship for him. As a result, he gained valuable experience and significantly improved his chances of being admitted to a German university.

Dr. Kritsanaporn Tansathien is currently a lecturer in the Pharmaceutical Technology program at the Faculty of Pharmacy, Huachiew Chalermprakiet University in Bangkok, Thailand. From 2021 to 2022, she had the opportunity to conduct research in Berlin for five months under the Royal Golden Jubilee Ph.D. Programme to work with her international supervisor, Professor Dr. Mont Kumpugdee Vollrath from the Berlin University of Applied Sciences and Technology. She gained valuable experience in research on transdermal drug delivery systems. The university offered excellent research facilities and equipment, the university environment was pleasant, the public transportation connections were excellent, and there were many accommodations and shopping facilities nearby. In addition, she exchanged knowledge and culture with her laboratory colleagues and visited many beautiful places. It was an invaluable experience for her.

Although I did not live in Germany for a long time, my time with Prof. Mont was not only academically enriching but also allowed me to get to know and experience the German way of life and culture. Prof. Mont made life in Germany much easier for me by supporting me with advice and practical help in various matters. She helped me not feel lonely or homeless in Germany.

As a Master’s graduate in Science from Germany, I would like to appreciate the efforts put in by Dr. Mont K. Vollrath in supporting and guiding me so that I could take the right path. As an immigrant, it is sometimes confusing to make the right decision at the right time for a better future. During this stage, Dr. Mont shared her extensive knowledge with me and helped me make the right decisions. I appreciate the way Dr. Mont supports students, especially in terms of helping them achieve a better future by providing the right information that leads to a better life.
